Fresh, uplifting, bright, comforting, even joyful. These are just some of the emotions my clients say they’ve experienced after a property healing.
Ideally, a space should feel as harmonious as possible. Rooms can retain the energy of events and of previous owners long after they leave. This energy may not always be positive, so a ‘clearing’ is beneficial.
Property healing is highly recommended when moving into a new home, after a divorce, a breakup or any life-changing experience. If these don’t apply to you, an energy cleansing can still be hugely beneficial by removing stagnant, stale, or negative energies, as well as entities that may inhabit your home.
With many of us spending more and more time at home, whether for family, health or work reasons, the space we occupy can affect our well-being, ability to focus and decision-making.
James’s work doesn’t stop at houses. Hotels, flats, offices, commercial buildings and certain items of furniture or antiques can also hold negative energy, which can be removed.

How James Can Help
Having a conversation is your first move. James will discuss your concerns, and based on this discussion, he will arrange a visit.
James can clear negative energies, atmospheres, and entities from properties. And as a result, this turns a space from feeling heavy, unwelcoming and unsettling into somewhere one would enjoy spending time.
By channelling ‘Divine Light’ (pure healing and uplifting energy) into a space, James positively transforms its atmosphere. Clients often find that their lives are changed for the better as a result.
About James
Based in London and Tunbridge Wells, Kent, James recognised his gift from an early age.
In later years, with James’s house healing ability passed on by word of mouth, he was often asked to come and explain the goings-on or uncomfortable feelings felt in certain rooms and spaces in properties around Kent and East Sussex.

WHAT ARE GEOPATHIC STRESS LINES?
Geopathic stress lines are distortions in the Earth's electromagnetic field, which can negatively affect our health.
During a house/property visit, I always check for these lines using my dowsing rods. By using them, I can detect where and in which direction these lines are travelling and how they may affect a client.
CAUSES OF GEOPATHIC STRESS ARE:
· Underground earth cracks
· Underground contaminated water flow
· Underground mineral deposits
· Underground cavities
If two geopathic lines cross, then that point is known as a disease-prone zone. If your bed is in this zone, it could lead to illness.
GEOPATHIC STRESS LINES CAN CONTRIBUTE TO THE FOLLOWING:
· Drowsiness and fatigue
· Trouble falling or staying asleep
· Persistent headache or migraine
· Lowered immune response
· Weakness
· Anxiety

Every case is different. Charges start from £250 per visit, with the addition of any travel costs or accommodation if needed.

This depends on the size of the property. A two-bedroom apartment may take up to an hour, whilst a six-bedroom property will take longer. Every property is different!

James’s healing can help make your home feel lighter and brighter as well as put a stop to any property issues like strange noises, difficulty selling and heavy atmospheres.

Ideally, there should be minimal people in the property during the process so that James can concentrate on channelling and clearing.

No. Energy cleansing is spiritual but not tied to any specific religion. It can be adapted to align with your personal beliefs.

Belief can enhance the experience, but its not required.

In-person visits usually work best when the homeowner is present, especially at the beginning and end. This also allows you to feel the difference before and after.

Yes. Energy cleansing is gentle and non-invasive. Children and pets often respond positively, though sensitive animals may move away during parts of the process.
